Goodwork

Good Works

Supporting the communities where we work and live. We believe a great way to show appreciation is through paying it forward to the local communities we serve.

Amplified through our investments, and employee volunteering, we're ready to lend our hands

“Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.”

– Helen Keller

Social Responsibility

Hanzo Helps is born out of a firm belief in social responsibility that businesses have a duty to act in the best interests of their environment and society as a whole. The team at Hanzo incorporates giving as part of our sustainable business charter. We believe our investment in giving should reflect the needs of the communities we serve. This is why we focus our giving and employee volunteerism in our local communities.

Our objectives are to:

  • Empower Hanzo team members to give time to the causes they care about.
  • Make our technology available to causes that better our communities.

Employee Giving

Hanzo empowers employees worldwide to become individual philanthropists on a local level. Giving back is part of Hanzo’s culture. Employees get two paid days of volunteer time off (VTO) each year. From volunteering at a school to working in a food bank, to helping build a home, Hanzo employees are encouraged to use their VTO to make their community a better place in whatever way they choose.

Pro Bono Tech/Talent

Hanzo is committed to supporting causes that better our communities. Hanzo’s Pro Bono Tech/Talent Program combines the value of Hanzo’s greatest assets, technology, and talent, to help organizations do their work better. We connect nonprofits and education institutions with Hanzo technology supported by employees on projects that can be completed within 10-20 hours.
