Seth Eichenholtz is the Head of eDiscovery at MasterCard. He has oversight of the preservation, collection, processing and production of data for litigation and regulatory matters. As part of MasterCard’s Corporate Security Investigations team, he is also integral to managing internal investigations, incident/breach response, and related cross border data transfers for those matters. Prior to joining MasterCard in 2016, Seth spent more than five years as Vice President and eDiscovery Manager for Swiss Re.

Meribeth Banaschik is an American attorney and English solicitor, currently practicing law at Noerr LLP in Dusseldorf and Frankfurt, Germany in the Litigation, Arbitration and ADR Group. With more than a decade of experience advising companies in litigation, many of which focused on banking litigation, Meribeth brings a unique perspective to The Chronicle of eDiscovery for Financial Services, including first-hand experience in building an in-house e-Discovery practice and team to handle complex cross-border matters. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M University and earned her Juris Doctor and MBA from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas.

Bob is the Global Director Cyber Forensics Investigations & eDiscovery at Barclays. Prior to joining Barclays, Bob served as an operational team leader within both the Serious and Organised Crime Agency (SOCA) and its precursor agency the National Hi-Tech Crime Unit (NHTCU). Additionally, he also led forensic & investigation teams within the Royal Air Force Police and Risk Advisory Group where, he specialised in all aspects of Counter Intelligence operations with particular emphasis on computer forensics, investigations and IT security.
